SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship any product to you but we rely on UPS to cover all of our packing and shipping needs. Because of this you will receive an invoice with the cost of shipping that must be paid prior to your package Being placed in the mail.
packages under 5 pounds will cost 10 dollars
Packages under 10 pounds will cost 15 Dollars
Packages under 15 pounds will cost 20 Dollars.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to price fluctuation based on the intricacy of the design work and the type of wood used we can not accommodate exchanges.
Our desire is for every costumer to be satisfied with our products so we do allow for the *free returns of products. If you would like to return a product please email us so that we can help you through this process.
